2. Returns & Exchanges
At Little Cherubs South West, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding your product, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a resolution.

Standard Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Return Costs: Except in the case of a verified fault, return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Faulty Goods & Warranty Claims

Reporting: If you believe your car seat is faulty, please reach out to us immediately.

Evidence & Inspection: You will be required to provide evidence of the fault. You may also be asked to return the seat for a formal inspection by the manufacturer.

Resolution: If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will work to repair or replace the item. If a direct replacement is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
